Quinto M. Annibale, B.A., LL.B., articled with the Regional Municipality of Hamilton-Wentworth and is presently partner with the law firm of Loppstra Nixon LLP in Toronto, Ontario, practicing in municipal planning and development law areas and acting extensively on behalf of municipal corporations and developers.

He is a past member of and past newsletter editor for the executive of municipal law section, Canada Bar Association – Ontario and is past Vice-Chair of the Canadian section of the International Municipal Lawyer’s Association. Mr. Annibale has lectured extensively on municipal and planning law issues at local and international conferences and has published numerous papers in his field. He is consulting editor of Ontario Municipal Legislation and author of two chapters for Anger & Honsberger Law of Real Property, Third Edition (Canada Law Book).
