He specializes in occupational health and safety law, wrongful dismissal litigation and workers’ compensation and advises on matters including labour and employment law and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Keith has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada as a leader in his field. He is also the first lawyer practising in Canada to achieve the Canadian Registered Safety Professional (C.R.S.P.) designation.
