Jeremy Warning is a former prosecutor with the Ontario Ministry of Labour. He now practises in the Labour and Employment Law group of Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto where he is a member of the firm’s National OHS & Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. Mr. Warning provides strategic and practical advice on a full range of labour and employment matters with a particular specialty in delivering proactive advice and strategies during regulatory inspections or following workplace accidents. He also advocates for the firm’s clients before the provincial and federal courts, administrative tribunals and boards of arbitration.
