Anita Volikis B.A., L.L.B., has practised exclusively in the area of family law at the firm of Niman Zemans Gelgoot LLP since her call to the Bar. She has appeared at all levels of courts in Ontario and is engaged in all aspects of claims arising from separation and divorce, including litigation and mediation/arbitration. She is a co-author of the Annotated Ontario Children’s Law Reform Act and has contributed to various educational materials for the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Institute, and the Canadian Bar Association of Ontario, including the Six-Minute Family Lawyer and the Annual Family Law Summit.
