All prices are in Canadian funds. Canada Law Book reserves the right to make adjustments to prices without prior notice. All prices are net and are subject to the applicable taxes and shipping/handling charges. Thirty-day payment is extended on all accounts. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts. Interest-free terms and time payments are available on request for orders exceeding $500. Orders originating outside of Canada will be billed in Canadian funds and may carry a small surcharge dependent on freight, handling and/or postage costs.

All Canada Law Book publications and online services, excluding DVD's, are available for a 30-day examination from the date of the invoice. Full credit will be issued provided that they are returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Regular shipping and handling charges will be credited. (Special rush couriers charges will not be credited.) DVD sales are on 5-day approval.

Many of Canada Law Book’s products are available on subscription, including law reports, newsletters, journals, looseleaf publications, online services, annuals, directories and practice manuals. Subscribers receive updated content and are billed automatically, either at the commencement of a new volume or issue, when updates are published, or on a specific date. Customers will be placed on subscription at the time of ordering and may discontinue a subscription at any time. If a looseleaf supplement is issued within 60 days of the initial purchase of the main work, the update is sent at no charge.

All shipments are F.O.B. Aurora. Prices do not include postage, freight or other shipping charges. When payment accompanies your order you will be charged $5.00 per item for shipping & handling (plus applicable taxes) to a maximum of $20.00 (applies only for new orders within Canada). Orders outside Canada will be charged standard rates for shipping and handling, based on the product and quantity ordered. |
